Ten stores sent in display pictures as submissions during the first week of the store display contest. I’ll randomly select a few entries to share on the blog. The Miller House, a home accessories store in Stephens City, Virginia, submitted this picture of a bed display from their shop. In addition to linens, the bed serves as display space for a variety of products including books and home fragrances.

Green Peck's Round Top Collection
How’s this for a birthday table display? Yards and yards of different colored tulle completely cover a round table and gather with a bow to flare at the base. The round glass top holds it all in place.
Green Peck’s Round Top Collection specializes in fun and colorful seasonal metal art and garden decor, as well as unique original art by local artist Green Peck. The store is located in Round Top, Texas.

Tattered Cover Bookstore - Denver, CO
It’s the time of year when fall and Halloween displays start to show up in stores. Before the weather moves all displays indoors, I’ll share this example of a well executed outdoor display at Limetree Boutique in Bastrop, LA. Sometimes your sidewalk is a great silent salesperson.

When your original store is located in a beach town, especially in Southwest Florida, you can use star fish, sea grass, shells and sand as display props all year round. I love the mix of white glass vase-style containers and the natural-colored boxes. I’ll bet it smells good, too! The
